French spelling tests

 We have begun to have weekly spelling tests in French.  The students are aware of the subject of the test early in the week and have all week to prepare for Friday’s test.  This week we concentrated on the verb être ( au présent, au passé composé, à l’imparfait et au futur).  Several students accepted the responsibility to master the correct spelling and wrote perfect tests.  Other students need further study at home of this verb and will have the opportunity to rewrite the test next Wednesday, November 28th.  Next Friday’s test will be the same verb tenses of the verb avoir. The students have the verb avoir written on a verb wheel as well as in their agenda.  We will review the verb in class next week for further practice.  Thank you for your continued support of this practice at home on a nightly basis.
