Our class won the pizza party prize for the class who sold the most number of coupon books.  Our party will take place on Tuesday, June 10th.  Pizza, chips and drinks will be provided.  Thank you to all the students who sold coupon books and thanks to the parents as well for your support.

The students did a wonderful job performing La Nouvelle Maîtresse at the Carrefour this morning.  The adjudicators were  impressed with the students’ ability to memorize their lines and their ability to develop the personalities of their characters. Bravo les élèves!

In English we are continuing to develop our reading skills by reading a variety of non-fiction texts.  In writing, we are writing to express our original ideas in an organized way with correct spelling, capitalization and punctuation (conventions).  Next week each student will be writing an original text that will be evaluated for our data [...]

Today the students were given a review package for tomorrow’s test.  The instructions are written clearly for each of the operations and sample questions provided for each.  The answers are written at the back of the booklet for student’s to self-check their understanding.
